Shen Gongbao's Life Simulator

After binding the [Fate Cube], Shen Gongbao sees the future that awaits him:

A hundred years sweeping the floors of Yuxu Palace, mocked for his stutter; driven by envy into the Calamity, he causes his father and younger brother’s deaths; in the end, his soul is scattered and his body is used to fill the Eye of the North Sea.

“To hell with fate!”

In this life, he finally comes to his senses:

Yuxu Palace? I’m not joining! I’ll build a city and farm in the Great Wilderness.

The Investiture of the Gods? I’m not competing! I’ll earn merit by taming the floods for humanity and obtain the Nine Heavens Breath Soil.

Jiang Ziya? I’m done envying him! My opponents are all the immortals and Buddhas in the heavens.

When the great calamity comes again, the Sages are shocked to discover that the “harbinger of disaster” destined to be a pawn has already broken free of fate.

Shen Gongbao stands atop the city wall, a golden halo behind him forged from the alliance of ten thousand demons and the merit he earned by controlling the floods.

“Yuanshi Tianzun, you once said that those with fur and horns, born of water or hatched from eggs, were unworthy of cultivating immortality.”

“Today, I, one born of water and hatched from an egg, am here to debate the Heavenly Dao with you!”
