A fanfic based on the 2007 version of The Butterfly Lovers. Ma Wencai is reborn, and Zhu Yingtai falls for him at first sight.
(A long-planned scheme + love at first sight + secret identities + both are devoted only to each other + doting romance)
Ma Wencai is reborn and becomes Zhu Yingtai’s classmate. “Yingtai, I’ve been planning for you for a long time. With me here, I’ll protect you. My… Ninth Sister Zhu.”
He has no idea that Zhu Yingtai fell for him at first sight after he saved her that night, and recognized him immediately.
“Ma Wencai, with me here, I’ll protect you, no matter what other identities you may have. You’re someone I, Zhu Yingtai, will protect.”
Nice! The writing is very good, and it feels very immersive. I plan to watch the original series after watching this.
