On the Tianyuan Continent, Qin Hao bears the bloodline of an ancient imperial clan and a Chaos Dao Physique, yet a mysterious seal suppresses his powers. He pretends to be a playboy, laughing and fooling around in the mortal world. During an expedition to a mysterious ruin, he happens upon a damaged Jade Purifying Bottle and embarks on the path of immortal cultivation. After joining the Lingxiao Sect, he makes a name for himself at the sect's tournament by overpowering a peak Golden Core cultivator while still at the Foundation Establishment stage.
On a journey into a demon cave, he subdues Su Hongyi, the demon clan's saintess, and uses a Purple-Gold Gourd to forge the Immortal-Slaying Flying Dagger. At an auction, he plays the pig to eat the tiger, bidding on a fragment of the Xuanyuan Sword and stunning the entire crowd. Yet one crisis follows another: the "Dao's Destruction Crisis" threatening Liu Liyan and the covetous eyes of various powers leave him hard-pressed to keep up.
Fortunately, his bloodline awakens on the ancient battlefield, and the demon clan's imperial princess, Ye Qingwu, offers him her wholehearted support. Though he endures a false death of the body and trials of the soul, Qin Hao returns against the odds, having laid his plans across ten lifetimes, and builds the Chaos Heavenly Palace. After crossing into the immortal realm, he faces the countdown to the "Doom of the Myriad Heavens" inside the Cauldron of Heaven and Earth, and wages a desperate battle against the forces of evil. This refined yet deranged, dark savior, with a bevy of beauties at his side, powers his way through every challenge. With stars for a sword and chaos for a shield, he ultimately shatters the firmament, reshapes the cosmos, and writes a legendary epic that leaves the world in awe.
