Fang Chuchu and He Linyuan have been married for three years.
Everyone knows Fang Chuchu is hopelessly in love with He Linyuan.
She is gentle and obedient, always at his beck and call, the perfect wife.
She would even brave the rain in the middle of the night to deliver a cake to He Linyuan’s mistress after he called.
He Linyuan tells his friends, “She’s nothing but my dog.”
He once worried he would be stuck with the dull Fang Chuchu for the rest of his life.
Then one day, as usual, he threatens her with divorce. To his surprise, Fang Chuchu agrees, leaves him, and never looks back.
He Linyuan at first: “Walk out that door, and don’t come back!”
He Linyuan later: “Honey, please turn around and look at me!”
Both leads are sexually inexperienced; the husband must suffer to win his wife back.
