Quantum neural networks cover the globe, allowing the human brain to connect directly to the cloud; nanomedical repair pods can regenerate injuries in 30 seconds; antigravity floating cities are divided into 108 hovering levels; memory encoding technology lets people buy or delete memories; and the AI Ethics Act requires all AI to be equipped with a moral inhibitor.
