Twenty years. A clash between crime and justice spanning the ages. Lin Yu, an experienced forensic pathologist, discovers mysterious runes during what seems like a routine autopsy after a car accident, uncovering the first thread of a shocking case.
A mysterious diary from an abandoned psychiatric hospital, well-trained men in black, secret deals within the police department: one astonishing secret after another comes to light. Evidence vanishes under bizarre circumstances, key members remain at large, and teammates are injured or leave one after another. Alone and without support, where does Lin Yu truly belong in this lonely city? Will he sink into crime, or stand firm for justice?
