This is the story of a fun-loving kid from another world who follows the main plot and keeps vomiting blood as he waits for each new installment. The main storyline features a pampered troublemaker who’s curious about everything and loves to poke and prod. Sometimes he transforms into a Qilin. I haven’t decided whether to include romance, so feel free to leave a comment. I’ll consider what you readers think.
Zhang Xiaoke wakes up and finds himself in Golmud. Following the System’s instructions to force him down the path of villainy, he tags along with the Young Five and follows the main plot, earning a little extra on the side to help restore the Zhang family. But before he knows it, the mission has galloped off in a bizarre direction.
Zhang Xiaoke, who just rolled the family estate: I regret it. I really regret it. Nobody said the Zhang family’s little hobbies were this weird! Looking at the pets (monsters) crawling all over the place, Zhang Xiaoke isn’t so sure he wants to finish the mission anymore.
No, don’t! Stop going crazy! I don’t want the main building anymore!!
As an observer, Zhang Xiaoke’s mission is to correct the main plot, guide the Child of Destiny along the path laid out in the original story, and accumulate energy for the small world.
But people aren’t plants or trees, and Zhang Xiaoke has found a good life here. He simply can’t bear to watch him lose his face beneath the dust, or watch these spirited young men end up in the corners fate has marked out for them, with no way back, even though their lives up to now have hardly been easy. He is always trying to change things, so with the System to cover for him, he secretly joins forces with the Five to take on the plot.
He scatters light into the hollows in their souls, but even that may one day shatter completely. The question is whether human effort can reclaim the 51 percent fate has claimed.
