Transmigrating, I Rise from a Down-and-Out Landowner

A new story is here, dear readers! The author has read only a limited number of books, so any similarities in the plot or content are purely coincidental. My heartfelt thanks to all my dear readers.

Lin Heng, a super-engineer from the year 2222 of the Interstellar Era, transmigrates to a parallel world at the end of the Sui dynasty and the beginning of the Tang. He takes over the body of a poor young man named Lin Heng. His parents and older brother left on business and never returned, while powerful clans seized the family’s original holdings by every means at their disposal. Starting out as a down-on-his-luck small landowner, the protagonist develops Lin Family Village, covering everything from daily life to technology, agriculture, and military affairs, with a romance woven in. War plays only a very small part. There is a System, and there is science fiction.

Dear readers, please don’t get hung up on historical accuracy. Since he’s already transmigrated, there’s no need to fret too much over the details.
