When a retired special forces soldier of the Southwest Military Region, codenamed Falcon, was traveling abroad, he suddenly received a call from his old leader at home, asking him to go to Somalia to rescue a Chinese merchant ship and the Chinese hostages on board that had been hijacked by the pirate king "General".
After Falcon received support from the intelligence agency, he traveled to Somalia alone. In Somalia, he received the support of a beautiful agent stationed by the intelligence agency.
When the pirate king "General" was causing trouble in a Somali casino, he met "Black Shark", a soldier of the French Foreign Legion whom he had met in hunter school. In the end, when the Pirate King was leaving in a helicopter, he was shot down by Falcon with a heavy sniper, and the plane was destroyed and everyone died.
