The years when Emperor Xianfeng was in power, 1850-1861, were an important turning point in Chinese history. With the rise of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, the rebellion of the Nian Army and the Tiandihui spread across the north and south, and Zeng Guofan's Hunan Army emerged from this. Emperor Xianfeng, a key figure at a critical moment in history, tried his best, but was unable to save himself. He sighed and gave up on himself.
