Lu Hao tightened his cotton-padded jacket, but still felt cold. The winter in Peiping was more biting than he imagined, and the cold wind blew on his face like a knife.
The train station was bustling with people, and the roar of the steam locomotive made his eardrums hurt.
"Give way! Give way!" A man carrying a pole squeezed past him. Two large bamboo baskets were hung on both ends of the pole, filled with Chinese cabbage. Lu Hao was so squeezed that he staggered. He quickly stabilized his body, only to find that the cuffs of his clothes had been scratched with a black mark.
When he walked out of the train station, the cold wind that hit his face made him shiver. The snow on the street has not yet melted, and it creaks when you step on it. Passing by a steamed bun shop, the steam from the steamer carried the aroma of the noodles. ''Boss, how much are the buns? ''
"A dime." The boss said without raising his head.
