The Mystic Star revives, heaven and earth turn upside down, the four poles shake, and all living things struggle to cross the divide. Mythical ruins emerge, demons and monsters rise, human prodigies vie for supremacy, the old order crumbles, and a new era begins.
Wang Changsheng is terminally ill and seeks a chance to survive. Unexpectedly, he steps into a world transformed by upheaval and obtains the Heavenly Evolution Dao Disk, which can deduce arts and techniques and claim the fruits of the Dao. Yet every gain and loss has its cause and effect.
He comprehends the Dao from a fragmentary scripture on Mount Luofu and ventures through a chaotic age, tempering his heart in the mortal world and seeking survival amid murderous calamities. But the Heavenly Dao is vast and inscrutable: who will rule the tides of fate? By the time he looks back, he has already reached the pinnacle of the Great Dao, gazing down upon all living beings.
“The Heavenly Evolution is boundless, and all paths contend. I shall prove the Dao with this very body and tread the ages on my way to eternal life.”
The logic is still a bit confusing, but the Taoism leads people to become holy. I haven't seen this kind of fairy tale book in a long time. It's good.
Not bad but it feels weird
Fortunately, some details are not so good.
The writing is good, the world view is big enough, and the character descriptions are also good.
It's pretty, but it's too short and doesn't look good enough.
In this kind of book, the writing is okay.
