In the Spirit Fantasy Continent, the path of cultivation is flourishing. With dreams of immortality in his heart, the young Su Yi embarks on a perilous journey to become an immortal.
Orphaned at a young age, Su Yi lives with his grandfather in Lingfeng Village. But after his rare Chaos Spiritual Root catches the eye of an elder from the Zixiao Sect, his journey of cultivation begins. He starts as an outer disciple at the Zixiao Sect. His diligence and talent earn him the envy of others, but he has his friend Ye Chen by his side as he grows through the conflicts within the inner sect and the trials of mysterious ruins. During a training journey down the mountain, he confronts the evils of the demonic path and breaks through to the early Nascent Soul stage.
A crisis suddenly strikes the sect. Demonic forces join with a traitor to attack the Zixiao Sect, but Su Yi stays calm in the face of danger, breaks through the siege to seek help, and joins forces with the righteous sects to drive back the demonic path.
Seeking an even higher realm, Su Yi bravely ventures into the Spirit Realm. He transforms in a land of chaos and comprehends divine powers. When the Spirit Realm's dark forces try to awaken an ancient demon god, Su Yi joins with others to foil their plot.
After returning, Su Yi helps strengthen his sect and secludes himself to break through to the Deity Transformation Realm. Faced with rumors of the Immortal Realm and a plea for help from the Spirit Realm, he sets out once more, growing through adventures in the Immortal Realm. To confront a crisis threatening the multiverse, he travels between planes and forms an alliance.
From an ordinary boy, Su Yi rises to greatness. With firm conviction, wisdom, and hard work, he forges a legendary legacy of protection amid the trials of the immortal path.
