Reborn: The Female Powerhouse's Comeback in Showbiz

The Heroine Wakes Up and Leaves, Sending the Hero to His Knees in Regret

I once read a story where the heroine and hero were practically childhood friends. The hero had anxiety as a child, and the heroine became his servant. He hit her over the head, and later she left. The hero went crazy. The plot was pretty clichéd, but I kind of want to read it again and can't find it.
