Traveling Through the Late Han Dynasty: the Rise of Dong Zhuo

The writing is smooth and well written, but the story unfolds a bit inexplicably. I don't know what it is about. The background characters' martial arts levels and other series are not explained. I know it is telling a fantasy Three Kingdoms story, but the specific storyline of the series is difficult to understand. It is all foreshadowing. I don't know if there is another book. This one seems to be a continuation of that book.
