Step One to Joining the Organization: Find a Mom!

A mysterious organization called Great Benevolence is making headlines, with media outlets scrambling to interview its high-profile members.

Reporters ask its spokesperson, Yuan Xiguang:

“Is Great Benevolence a gang?” “Wrong.”

“Is it a club for people with supernatural abilities?” “Wrong.”

“Is it a political lobbying group?” “Wrong.”

Yuan Xiguang gives them the answer: “We’re a loving family.”

“Our Huazu people have valued filial piety since ancient times. Every member of our organization is devoted to loyalty and filial duty, respecting mothers and cherishing sisters.”

“Can you tell us how to join Great Benevolence?” a reporter asks.

“First, you need to be accepted by a family member and become her adopted son or adopted daughter.”

“A male friend of mine is a member of Great Benevolence, so it looks like I beat you all to it,” the reporter says with a laugh.

“Men can’t be mothers. It doesn’t count if he accepts you as his adopted son.”

“Do the male members have no objections?” the reporter asks.

Yuan Xiguang only smiles.

Great Benevolence’s ironclad rule: Carry out the will of the Supreme Mother.

If she says no, then it’s no.

You are reborn in a new world.

It is on the verge of shattering because of war.

Humanity started the war, and now the world shares in its bitter consequences.

Nuclear winter seems endless, but hope is quietly taking root.

You have come here to be a sharp blade, tearing through the curtain of darkness to let in the light?

To be a willow fluff, sinking into the filth with the rest and seeking only to save yourself?

Or to be a spark of wildfire, spreading embers in the shadows until the moment comes to set the world ablaze?
