A Spirit Cat Has My Back, and This Boy in Women's Clothes Takes Mom and Runs Away

[Boy in women's clothing + two-mom family + talking spirit cat]

A boy has a condition that will kill him if he doesn't wear women's clothes.

His mother is the most beautiful woman in the village.

She loves him dearly, and raises him as a girl so he can stay healthy.

Unfortunately, they also have an evil father whom both mother and son fear.

They live in constant terror beneath the shadow of his abuse.

Then a talking spirit cat appears,

and everything begins to get better...

He helps the boy and his mother escape their dark home, and even helps his mother find a girlfriend.

And so the boy ends up with two mothers.

The protagonist suffers in the early chapters, but once the spirit cat appears, the boy in women's clothing finally gets to hold his head high.

There are scenes of fighting back and turning the tables, but this isn't a wish-fulfillment power fantasy. It's a serious drama.
