Chen Jin had a crush on the English class representative from the neighboring class, whom he used to keep almost bumping into in high school. He couldn't count how many times he had stolen glances at her.

The day they met again, he recognized Cheng Yuan just from her profile.

“Can I walk you home?” he asked at first.

He raised his hand to show her the wrist wrapped in a bandage.

After she left, Cheng Yuan waited by the restroom door and blocked his way, furious.

“Mr. Chen, is this how you pursue someone?”

Even if they were married, he still had to put some effort into wooing her.

She hadn't said yes yet.

His eyes were brimming with love, his voice coaxing and gentle. “Cheng Yuan, are you jealous?”

He had asked himself countless times: Is my wife still secretly in love with someone else?

The next time he saw the object of his wife's secret crush, he would definitely throw a punch or two. He was so jealous he was going crazy.

Seeing how smug he looked, Cheng Yuan pinched him at the waist.

“Why won't you listen when I tell you to pinch me somewhere else, hmm?”

Cheng Yuan quickly got up off him, not letting him kiss her.

“Chen Jin, the physics teacher said you wrote me math notes during physics class.”

He admitted it openly. “Mm. I wrote them in English class too.”

There was one thing he didn't mention: he'd actually written physics notes as well.

Too bad he never gave them to her back then.
