I'm an S-Rank Sentinel. What's Wrong with Hooking a Finger into the Commander's Collar?

[Sentinel and Guide, one-on-one + two male leads + both powerful + mild coercion + younger love interest, nine-year age gap + beautiful but tragic + some angst early on]

[Cold, abstinent, ruthless, beautiful-but-tragic commander vs. talkative, narcissistic, sweet-on-the-outside-but-dark-within student, the dominant]

One-sentence summary: Even a lofty commander has a day when he loses himself and sheds tears.

An explosion rocks Xixing City. A hostage taken in the incident suddenly awakens an ability, one that is highly compatible with Gu Suizhi.

So Gu Suizhi, commander of C09 District, forcibly binds himself to Xu Zhaokun and says, “Either I die or you die. There’s no other way to break this bond.”

In this relationship, Gu Suizhi believes he can keep Xu Zhaokun completely under control and remain in charge.

After all, Xu Zhaokun is simple and stupid, narcissistic and childish, talkative and prone to tears.

But later, he discovers that Xu Zhaokun is not so simple.

During their mental synchronization sessions, Xu Zhaokun repeatedly uses energy surges to turn the tables and overpower his superior. In the end, he leaves Gu Suizhi dazed, with tears streaming down his face.
