Mysterious Lotus Casebook: A Sequel

After watching the TV series Mysterious Lotus Casebook, I couldn't get over its bittersweet ending for ages. At last, I decided to write an ending for Li Lianhua that would satisfy me. Li Lianhua: You really have a way with this. I finally came back to life, and now you're putting me through the wringer again... Author: I'm just used to seeing it happen in the TV series ^_^ Li Lianhua: Go ahead and torment me, just hurry up and leave, hurry up and leave... Set against a world of immortals and martial arts, this story follows Li Lianhua, formerly Emperor Yingyuan, through a turbulent and extraordinary life. After Li Lianhua jumps off a cliff, Di Zhi saves him. He learns that he was once Yingyuan and must endure ten lifetimes of tribulations before he can reclaim his position as a revered deity. Along the way, he faces countless hardships and meets Yu Sifeng, with whom he develops a complicated emotional bond. Li Lianhua is an alias used by Li Xiangyi. He founded the Four Gu Sect and became the leader of the martial arts world, but was poisoned with Bicha venom during the battle in the East Sea. Rescued by the monk Liaowu, he thereafter took the name Li Lianhua and used his medical skills to heal others. Di Feisheng was also poisoned during the battle in the East Sea. Ten years later, he emerges from seclusion in search of Li Lianhua, eager for another fight. As Li Lianhua treats Fang Duobing, his poison grows increasingly severe, but his adventures in the martial world continue. Blending the fantastical world of immortal heroes with the grudges and passions of the martial world, the story depicts the protagonist's growth and redemption amid adversity. It shows the power of love, friendship, and responsibility, as well as an unwavering pursuit of justice. My new work is out! Come read it on Tomato Novel. I hope you enjoy it.
