On Our Fifth Wedding Anniversary, My Wife Stayed Out All Night at a Hotel with Her First Love

On our fifth wedding anniversary, my wife’s first love returned to the country.

That very night, she threw him a lavish welcome-home banquet, then went to a hotel and didn’t come home until morning.

Watching the taunting video her first love sent me, I felt nothing. I simply used the excuse of signing a contract to get my wife to sign the divorce papers.

Only after the 30-day cooling-off period ended and the divorce took effect did my wife finally realize what she’d done.

But by then, I was already on a plane out of the country.

The road ahead is long. We’ll never meet again.
