This topic mainly conducts individual interviews and questionnaire surveys on the current status of the shift system in nearly 100 general high schools across the country (including key and general high schools) to find out the existing problems and experiences gained in the current shift system. At the same time, it compares and analyzes the successful experiences of the shift system in foreign countries such as the United States, Finland, and Singapore. It also analyzes the successful case experience of the shift system in mainland my country, and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the shift system in general high schools in my country.
