Prince of Tennis: Running Toward That Midsummer

[The plot is purely the author's OOC. Some parts focus on daily life, while others cover Ryoma and Cixing's matches.]

A girl praised online as a tennis prodigy at the age of twelve disappeared for four months. When she reappeared, it was on a rainy day... Can a childhood sweetheart's bond really never rival a love that comes out of nowhere?

But who knew the childhood friend had already fallen for his sweetheart? Their feelings were evenly matched, and she had long since made a home in his heart~

CP: Echizen Ryoma & Cixing Andrea

If you don't like my novel, you can leave and find one you do like~ No pressure!! Of course, if you spot a plot hole, feel free to comment, and I'll fix it promptly~

I started writing this because I couldn't find anything else to satisfy my craving. From my perspective, Ryoma seems like the type to become a world champion. The only thing that would stay by his side day and night is the tennis court, and the court is the only thing that could accompany him. Forcing him to fall for a girl who knows nothing about tennis and might spend her whole life in Japan feels far-fetched.

Of course, it's also hard to avoid the cliché that every boy likes a girl who cooks for him and quietly supports him from behind... But hello, it's a new era~ Why should women always have to stand behind men? Besides, I really don't like Sakuno's personality. If she weren't written to be so awkward, I probably wouldn't find her so frustrating!

P.S. I've only watched the anime, so I'm not familiar with the manga. Some parts might not be very well written. The above is just my personal opinion. If you don't like it, feel free to leave. No pressure!
