You Fired Me? I'm Slaughtering My Way to Becoming a Great Calamity, So What Are You Afraid Of?

[Decisive and Ruthless] [Folklore and Mythology] [Modern Weapons Combined with the Supernatural]

This Daoist priest is the Dao, and blasting things is a kind of magic too! Yang Ming, a fourth-year student at the Daoist Academy, thought he was just handling another feng shui case for some extra cash. He never expected the copper coffin at the construction site to contain a real zombie!

As the saying goes, blasting is a kind of magic too. Having never learned how to subdue demons, Yang Ming charged in with a stick of dynamite.

“Zombie, take this thunderbolt!”

What Yang Ming hadn't expected was that the copper coffin held no ordinary zombie, but a female drought demon. The dynamite blasted off the coffin lid and enraged her. With life and death hanging in the balance, his life began flashing before his eyes, and only one thought remained in his mind.

Getting a second life is already a huge win. I might as well risk it all and soar to the heavens!

With the System's help, Yang Ming sank his teeth into the female drought demon's neck and tore off a chunk of flesh!

Though he gained the female drought demon trait, he was also infected by corpse qi and turned into a zombie.

From then on, the Daoist Academy in Qingcheng had a zombie upperclassman, and the world gained a terrifying fiend who loved ripping the hearts out of abnormal beings!

One mythical creature after another appeared, but when Bureau 749 arrived, all they found were bones.

The academy's head Daoist asked, “How strange. Why is the academy filled with corpse qi?”

Bureau 749: “Quick, make that fiend stop! You can't go around eating mythical gods!”

“What? Gods?”

“Heh heh heh. This Daoist priest wants to find out whether gods taste salty or bland!”
