A Buddhist Disciple and the Successor of a Martial Saint

Du Minxuan was a lay disciple of the Buddhist sect. He descended the mountain to investigate the injustice done to his father, only to be deeply loved by a nobleman's daughter. Faced with the pursuit of this charming, playful beauty, can Du Minxuan keep his Buddhist heart and attain enlightenment, or will his mortal heart stir and lead him into love?

As the heir to a Martial Saint, Lang Peilong hopes to join forces with Du Minxuan and make their names across the martial world. But a generations-old feud between their fathers forces them onto separate paths. In the end, Lang joins the rebel army and falls for the daughter of one of its members. Sadly, fate is unkind, and their love is filled with both joy and sorrow.
