My first livestream was quiet and empty, with only a handful of viewers. I was so nervous my voice trembled as I tried my best to introduce myself, but hardly anyone responded. Just as I was feeling dejected and my eyes began to redden, a comment appeared on the screen: “Keep it up, streamer! Don’t be nervous!” I clung to it like a lifeline and said in a tearful voice, “Thanks, sweeties. I’m really happy you came. If nobody else talks to me, these little pearls are going to fall.”
Gradually, the atmosphere in the livestream room grew lively, and I became more and more absorbed in it. But then the streaming equipment suddenly malfunctioned, and the picture began flickering. My tears instantly spilled over. Panicking, I cried, “Oh no, oh no, why does this have to happen at the crucial moment? I’ve been preparing for so long. Everyone’s definitely going to be disappointed. I can’t stop my little pearls from falling!” My fans comforted me in the comments, telling me not to worry and suggesting ways to fix the problem. With everyone’s help, the equipment finally started working again. I smiled through my tears. “Thank you, sweeties. Good thing I have you, or my tears would have flooded the livestream room.”
