[High School DxD] [Transmigration] [First Emperor] [Slow Burn]
I’m Lin Junfan, a corporate drone. As a homebody, I love anime, and whenever I get a break from overtime, I watch anime to pass the time. But I never imagined...
“I just dozed off! Did I seriously drop dead from overwork? How the hell did I transmigrate?!”
“And I even transmigrated into the world of High School DxD!”
“Everyone here is a nonhuman being!”
“A weakling like me could get tossed out like trash at any moment!”
[The conqueror who surpasses the Three Sovereigns and rises above the Five Emperors! This is the First Emperor, the one who is I!]
Just as I was thinking I was doomed, my charming ancestor suddenly appeared in my mind, taking the form of the Ancestral Dragon.
What, Sacred Gears are powerful? Sorry, I have one too.
“Who are you calling a weakling? From now on, call me the Ancestral Dragon Emperor!”
This story is a slow burn. The male lead is a transmigrator, not an overpowered protagonist. Although he has his own golden finger, early on he can’t fully wield the First Emperor’s power, so he makes little of an impression and tends to be timid in his actions. That’s also why he fails to earn the approval of Emperor Zheng. But things will gradually build toward a climax later on. If you’re into stories with an overpowered protagonist from the get-go, you may find this one a bit frustrating, since it’s a slow burn.
Overall, it's pretty good, but there are a bit few scenes about the protagonist. I hope the author can give more consideration to the performance of the protagonist.
No, why was it removed from the shelves? Can't the devil have a book that he can't play?
