"If We Can't Die, Let's Live Well" focuses on the post-80s generation from a unique perspective and tells the story of their ups and downs in the wave of the times. It's a deeply moving read. The experiences of the brothers and sisters born in the 1980s in the book are a microcosm of a generation. They grew up under the family planning policy and faced new challenges when it came to encouraging children to have children. It was very difficult for them to go to school, work, and choose a spouse. But they never gave up and always moved forward hand in hand. The author Wuba Tongchen describes the details of life in extremely delicate ways. The moments of fighting for dreams and the helplessness of being hit by reality are all real and palpable, making readers feel as if they are actually there. This book is not only a personal growth history, but also a record of the times. Through the story of the two brothers and sisters, we see the impact of social changes on the lives of ordinary people. From changes in policies to changes in social concepts, they are all reflected in the book. It resonates with readers born in the 1980s and allows people from other generations to understand the tenacity of this generation. The novel conveys a positive attitude towards life.
