An original and fresh story with a faux-invincible protagonist, a touch of characters being influenced by the protagonist, no horror, a little comedy, some angst for the supporting cast, and a slight ensemble feel.
The main couple gets a happy ending, with sweetness all the way through and no angst. Butler x young master. The receiving partner is a bit of a heartthrob.
The story involves both side quests and the real world.
The son of a great ghost from the Ghost Realm arrives in the human world after the realms merge. He decides to pretend to be human and sneak into the city to find a way back to the Ghost Realm?
But on his very first day, people discover he's a ghostly anomaly?
Xiao Youcheng, who thinks he's done a perfect job of disguising himself, declares: “How is that possible?!”
“People in the human world have to work to earn a salary and survive?”
“And all a job involves is eliminating ghostly anomalies?”
Xiao Youcheng smiles:
“Enough showing off, the model worker is here!”
--
Why are all these humans practically throwing themselves at him?
(Excerpt 1) “Don't come any closer!” Xiao Youcheng cried, looking terrified. “A gentleman uses words, not his fists!”
“I'm no gentleman.” Lin Chenyun stepped closer, his foxlike eyes twinkling mischievously. “But you could be my wife~”
It looks good. The subject matter is quite novel. It looks good ❤️ ❤️
