It's pretty good. Unexpected Necrons are simply rare. But this book is not very friendly to people who don't understand these things. It integrates too many elements and makes it seem confusing. I have only played Stellaris, not 40K, but I have watched a lot of videos, but the other ones are really blinding at a glance.
