The story of "Shadow Vein Empire" uses the warning sign of a meteorite on the eve of the emperor's grand ceremony to elicit the undercurrent of over-exploitation of dragon veins and social oppression; with the northern army, church rebellion, royal conspiracy, and the Silver Dome's peace, it continues to ferment into a catastrophe of all-out war and ecological collapse. Alode, a half-blooded emperor with a tragic destiny, lost control at his peak, and ended up destroying the alchemy altar with his own hands, leaving the royal capital in devastation. After the ruins, all parties were unable to fight anymore and had to temporarily cease fire. The temporary joint governance and the Silver Dome Association continued to repair the dragon veins and the northern seal. Although the story ends in ruin and regret, it leaves a faint hope: when people give up absolute conquest or arbitrariness, there may be a chance to explore a new order among the wreckage. The entire book describes the process of ups and downs and destruction, hatred and attempted reconciliation, interweaving "human nature and nature", "ambition and awe" into a magnificent and tragic picture, and also provides latecomers with deep reflection and a little light.
