The Youth That Passes Quietly

I am over 30 years old, I have not made any money, I have accomplished nothing at work, and my life is in a mess. Oh, it has been more than ten years, and my life is really a failure. I never seem to do anything well. My parents were not filial either. I wanted to take care of everything and not be too demanding. However, life always contradicted me and I failed to become anyone's preference or exception, let alone what I wanted. This terrible life consumed all my youth. Everything was not going as I wanted and everything was unsatisfactory. They say bitter things come first and then sweet things. This sentence has stuck with me year after year.
