Lu Qize entered the entertainment industry at 25, won the Best Newcomer award at 26, and took home Best Actor at 27. At 30, he went public with his relationship with Zhang Siwan, the childhood sweetheart he'd grown up with. At 35, he completed the grand slam, becoming the youngest Best Actor in the industry. The year he won the Best Actor award, he announced his marriage to his girlfriend. Two years later, they had an adorable daughter named Lu Mianmian.

After becoming a father, Lu Qize turned into a complete doting dad and semi-retired to stay home and raise his daughter. When Mianmian turned two, his agent came to him with a variety show, and father and daughter embarked on their variety show adventure.
