Lian was born in the Bone Burial Mountains and accidentally obtained the "One Breath Technique of Heaven and Earth", which uses breathing as the foundation of the Tao. He survived in the market, refined hundreds of poisons, induced thunder from the sky, and realized the silence of death. From drawing the air into the subtleties to swallowing the wind and clouds, he controlled the air of birth and death in the ruins of Nirvana, and created the embryo of Tao. Finally, the body conforms to the rhythm of the universe, absorbs the heavens, and regains immortality.
