"Third uncle~"
[Washington] leaned his upper body slightly and called out softly towards Hongshi.
Hongshi, with a snow-white beard and hair, was half-reclined on a wicker chair, shaking a big cattail leaf fan in one hand and holding a purple clay pot in the other, "[Xiaodu], come in quickly, what are you doing there?"
Washington hurriedly put the red velvet box in his hand on the table, then bent his knees and said, "Good luck to my third uncle."
"Get up, don't play with these silly things, Third Uncle doesn't care about this."
"Uncle Third, this is the [cherry] from my yard. It's the first crop. You can try it."
"Yes, it's sweet, has enough flavor, and has enough moisture."
"Third Uncle, this is a sample coin of [Taole]. Bring it to Third Uncle to see." Washington took out a small box from his arms and handed it over.
"You can talk to [Old Xi'er] about these matters, and you can see for yourselves. My old man is not interested."
"Okay, okay."
"You're busy with your business, so you don't have to run to me all the time. If those old Xi'ers are stubborn, you can come to me and I'll take care of them." Hongshi said with a smile.
"No, no, we work very well together."
[Xiao Xiaobai's clear journey + trying to pursue rigor + fighting in the palace depends on grandpa + fighting in the house depends on parents + plot depends on supporting characters + character design of academic master depends on time difference + survival depends on the author]
Hongshi had to die:
Niu Hulu asked him to die - the prince asked him to die - the eighth master asked him to die - the fourteenth master asked him to die - the Chen family asked him to die - the Qingliu Confucian scholars asked him to die - the foreign spies asked him to die - the arms dealers asked him to die - the reform resistance faction asked him to die - Hongli asked him to die - even Yongzheng wanted him to die
However, not only did Hongshi not die, he lived so much that even [Washington] had to call him "Uncle Three."
Reader comments
Let's talk about it, does the grandson's CP in the early stage count as CP, does the grandson's sweet pet count as a sweet pet, is this grandpa a boss or a boss? Is this grandson a cute baby or a genius?
Hongshi is a character who is always in people's sight but is often easily ignored. His existence seems to be to set off Hongli.
When he was alive, everything in the world seemed to be centered on Hongli. After his death, he left very few records.
Sometimes, the author couldn't help but secretly stand behind Concubine Qi, watching Hongshi silently, wondering if it was possible for him to live another life.
In this book, Hongshi is the protagonist, but some people definitely don't want him to be the protagonist.
This is one of the most unique Qing Dynasty novels I have read in a while. The protagonist steps into the Qing Dynasty like a small piece of white paper and strives to pursue a rigorous style of acting, giving people a different kind of freshness.
When fighting in the palace, you rely on your grandfather, and when fighting in the house, you rely on your parents. This unique survival mode breaks out of the conventional routine and is eye-catching. It is no longer the kind of pretending to be a pig and eating the tiger.
The supporting characters promote the development of the plot, and the setting is novel, breaking the pattern of the protagonist's halo taking over everything. The character of the top student is shaped by the time difference and is full of ingenuity. Allowing the protagonist to survive in a complex environment adds to the fun.
Overall, if it is presented according to the current setting, it will be a unique world of clear travel, which is worth reading.
Come on, author! Very nice [send heart][send heart][send heart]
Beautiful, so beautiful, so beautiful
Very interesting and beautiful
It's warm, flowing, and interesting. I don't know if Miss Meng is the heroine [exploration] I feel that Hong Shi's identity is a hindrance
The research is rigorous, the plot is compact, the creative parts are reasonable, delicate and touching, and the updates are timely. It would be better if more updates can be added appropriately!
I'll give it 4 stars first, and then I'll consider whether to give it 5 stars after I've written a million words.
