After I Was Reborn, I Let My Nephew Keep Eating Salt. Now He Has Kidney Failure and Needs a Catheter

My sister-in-law believed my mother-in-law when she said eating salt would make you stronger.

She added salt to the formula of my nephew, who wasn’t even a year old.

I found out and stopped her in time.

“An infant’s kidneys aren’t fully developed. They can’t process salt, and it could cause fatal kidney failure.”

My sister-in-law took my word for it and threw away the salted formula.

But as my nephew grew up, he was frail and sickly.

One girlfriend after another broke up with him.

My sister-in-law told him it was because I’d stopped him from eating salt as a child, which had left him weak.

Enraged, my nephew stabbed me repeatedly.

When I opened my eyes again, I was back on the day my sister-in-law gave my little nephew salt.

I sneered. I’d respect other people’s choices about their own fate.
