War of Resistance: Advancing from Northern Sichuan

The flames of war sweep across China. With the nation in peril, every ordinary man has a duty to defend his home and country.

When the Sichuan Army heard the call, the whole province rallied behind them. Carrying banners marked with the word “death,” they resolutely marched out of Sichuan.

But what awaited them was a division with barely a thousand old rifles and just a dozen light and heavy machine guns. They were scorned, disbanded, and reorganized.

After less than a hundred days of training and with fewer than ten bullets apiece, they were sent to the front in a tragic charge.

The Sichuan soldiers feared neither hardship nor exhaustion. Wearing thin clothes and straw sandals, they fought for the peace of their homeland!

In this life, Li Fugui only wants to make sure his brothers don’t have to bleed and weep at the same time. My Sichuan brothers, I’ll bring you home!
