Don't Drag Me Into Palace Intrigue, I Just Want to Sunbathe!

(Original title: Collapse! Why Won't the Princess Fight for the Throne?)[Historical + transmigration + lighthearted comedy, introverted, unloved little bunny x unhinged, blunt big bad wolf]

Yun Miao has been shy and socially anxious since childhood. She's witty and funny in online chats, but awkward and silent in person.

She habitually keeps all her feelings to herself and doesn't much like crowded places.

Her greatest pleasures in life are daydreaming, reading, and basking in the sun.

One day, she transmigrates into the body of the most domineering second princess of Wei, and catches the original's prospective husband in bed with someone else.

Surrounded by a crowd offering her sympathy from every direction, Yun Miao thinks:

He can marry whoever he wants. I just want this farce to end so I can go back to the princess's residence and bask in the sun...

The ministers of Wei have been a little on edge lately. When the useless princess goes quiet, she must be plotting something. She's been silent for so long. Just how big a scheme is she cooking up?

The families of the nobles and aristocrats are nervous too. Why has the second princess, who usually loves being the center of attention, been turning down every banquet invitation? Is she planning to target someone?

Her prospective husband, who can't shake her off, sneers to himself. What new trick is she up to now?

Later, they wear down the threshold of the princess's residence, begging her for advice and asking her to join their faction in the palace struggles.

Yun Miao is at her wits' end. All she wants is to daydream, read, and bask in the sun!

Yan Guizhou has a streak of madness deep down, but hides it so well that everyone in the capital considers him gentle and courteous.

Until he meets Yun Miao. Unable to hold back, he bares his claws, wanting to keep this interesting little bunny tucked in his pocket every moment of every day, never letting her out of his sight.

He plots carefully, climbs over the wall into the princess's residence, and puts on a naturally gentle smile.

“My name is Yan Guizhou. Would you move into my home so you can bask in the sun?”
