Ling Fei, who was watching anime at an internet cafe, transmigrates by accident to the prequel of Scissor Seven, during the era of the Black and White Dragons.

His crucial mission is to enter the Kingdom of Dali, which is about to be destroyed by the Stan Nation. He’ll either be killed or turned into a lab rat. Either way, he’s doomed!

At this moment of crisis, the Pirate System awakens.

Devil Fruits, swordsmanship, martial arts, the Six Powers, and Haki: he gains them all.

Surrounded by people from the Stan Nation, Ling Fei pulls out a Fourth Gear Luffy trial card and shouts, “Get on your knees and sing ‘Conquer’!”

Afterward, Ling Fei spreads his arms. “If you’re bad, train more. If you can’t handle losing, don’t play!”

Several years later.

The King of the Stan Nation: “I always thought the only formidable enemy was the Xuanwu Kingdom, until I ran into the pirates...”

Leader of the Shadow Assassins: “Taking bounties has always been the creed of us assassins, but... how can someone steal our livelihood?”

Heaven and Earth Rakshasa: “Is this still the world I knew? I want to go back... I don’t want to wake up...”
