He was a police officer, murdered by the apprentice he had personally trained. Yet his soul continued to follow the apprentice, until a Creation Pearl drew it into the Creation Realm, where he learned about his past life. He had been an Immortal Venerable from 800,000 years ago whose lifespan had run its course. For the sake of the woman he loved, he was harmed by his enemies and reached the end of his lifespan before his time. With no other choice, he risked undergoing the Immortal's Ten Declines, a tribulation in which nine out of ten would perish. He was now facing the ninth decline. Unfortunately, he encountered a villain and was killed. His soul watched as his apprentice sat in a position of great authority, repeatedly committing all manner of heinous crimes. One day, when a young police officer was beaten to death at the scene, his soul was reborn into the officer's body, allowing him to undergo the final decline of the Ten Declines in perfect fashion. Using his memories, he brought his apprentice to justice. With the bodies of ten lifetimes at his disposal, he helped Huaguo achieve many great deeds. At last, he bid farewell to his homeland and friends, returning to the Immortal Realm to seek the love of his heart and claim the eternal position of Saint Venerable.
