Caught in a Kiss

[Both are each other's first and only / Love at first sight / A long-planned pursuit / A moon above the high terrace descending to the mortal world / Mutual salvation] Su Xian first saw Lu Lin at the airport. He wore a black suit tailored just for him and was so handsome he didn't need to show off. One glance, and he had captured her heart. The next time they met, Su Xian wasted no time in attaching herself to him. He said, “You're the most difficult woman I've ever met.” A glint of amusement flashed in her eyes. “You're the hardest man I've ever dealt with. We were made for each other.” They met again and again, and she flirted with him at every turn. She was utterly shameless; he remained unmoved. * Lu Lin's perspective The first time I saw Su Xian, I thought she was a pitiful woman. The next time I saw Su Xian, I thought she was a frivolous woman. In the end, she became irreplaceable in my life. * Su Xian said, “Lu Lin, I want to destroy your pride, destroy all your restraint, and, more than anything, destroy you.” Lu Lin: “You mustn't give in to greed. Once a fire catches, it's impossible to put out. Giving in is like plunging yourself into a whirlpool, falling hard into an endless abyss. And at the other end of that whirlpool and abyss is her, Su Xian.” The man fell helplessly into ruin; the woman walked away without mercy.
