The protagonist, Shen Zhuo, is an outer-sect disciple with a dull aptitude. After practicing a beginner's cultivation technique for a long time without making any progress, he is assigned to sweep the floors. By chance, he gets his hands on an ordinary fitness book called A Guide to Yoga Practice. From then on, he begins his path of cultivation, and his beautiful, aloof senior sister gradually starts to see him in a new light.
