The protagonist, Su Peng, has his soul transported into the world of Douluo and becomes a four-year-old orphan with nothing: no father, no mother, no home, and no money. After wandering for months, he is picked up by a passing slave owner. With the mindset of a modern man, he waits until the slave owner falls asleep, then kills him in a reversal. Later, he is adopted by a couple from the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect who have just lost their child.
