When a rejected rookie joins forces with the god of basketball, the global basketball scene is in for the craziest comeback ever!
In the bitter winter of 2011, Xie Yu, a New York Knicks player on a ten-day contract, was on the verge of being cut. But on the night his fate took a turn, he was possessed by and merged with the basketball god “Xie Yu” from a parallel world.
One is a young man from Xia Country with ordinary talent but an unyielding dream. The other is a legendary basketball god who ruled another world’s courts for twenty years. Their souls intertwine, and his talent explodes!
At practice, he crushes the team’s superstar, Anthony, with ghostly drives and impossible blocks, sinking shots from anywhere on the court and leaving the whole team stunned.
In the preseason, he posterizes All-Star point guard Deron and puts up an unreal, turnover-free line of 43 points, 11 rebounds, and 3 blocks, setting the global internet ablaze!
From an undrafted nobody to the savior of Madison Square Garden, he needed only 48 hours.
“Messi and Ronaldo, is the air up there fresh?”
“In my eyes, the hoop is an ocean!”
“Coach, I want the whole arena chanting my name!”
“This time, I’ll make Xie Yu’s name ring out from the top of the world!”
