Hong Lie, Nothing Out of the Ordinary

In a high school where sunny days and the daily routine go hand in hand, Sun Shangxiang looks carefree on the outside, but inside her burns a blazing passion for music. She strides along with confidence, earns grades a little above average, and beneath her neat short hair, her eyes always sparkle with life. Her love of music swells like a hidden tide, ready to burst forth at any moment.

Lu Zhian wears black-rimmed glasses and has a slender build and long fingers. He is widely known around campus as a piano prodigy. Usually quiet and reserved, he loses himself in his own musical world, yet deep down, he longs for an extraordinary musical adventure that will let the notes flowing from his fingertips move more hearts.

While preparing for a school arts performance, Sun Shangxiang happens to hear Lu Zhian play the piano. It strikes her like a bolt of electricity, and she immediately decides to ask him to start a band with her.
