City of Darkness

Yancheng is a remote border city in the Snow Country, at the junction of three major cities: Echeng, Lingcheng, and Lucheng. The Red Sea runs through and connects them, making the area a lawless no-man’s-land. Yancheng is a playground for criminals and a paradise for the rich. It is home to armed factions, powerful financial families, gangs, assassin organizations, wanted criminals, drug lords, gamblers, prostitutes, and more. Hidden within the city are even darker forces and people with strange abilities.
