Green Moon Fox

In the late 1980s, in Xiaopan Village, Hexia Town, on the northern Jiangsu plain, the story begins with a small glimpse of the madness of Wen Futian, a schoolteacher. Layer by layer, it unravels the joys and sorrows that played out in Xiaopan Village and across the whole of Hexia Town.

The darkness behind a life of indulgence, the decay of marriage, the lonely vigil of the spirit, the clash between art and reality, and the struggle between love and material needs.

Scene after scene of harsh, restless, yet plain everyday life is almost suffocating. Years later, restless, bustling, lively, and stubborn Xiaopan Village vanished amid the wave of reform ushered in by the core socialist values of the new era!
