Power Couple + Secret Crush + Rekindled Romance + One-on-One
Loyal, scheming top x devoted, elite bottom
No misunderstandings, no naive, airheaded leads. This is a sweet romance in which both sides choose each other without hesitation.
Tian Ruochen is always secretly watching Jiang Feng. Jiang Feng has noticed, but Tian Ruochen is still agonizing over why he can’t stop looking at a man.
After their parents arrange for them to become friends, Tian Ruochen realizes how he feels, but straight-laced Jiang Feng says no.
Jiang Feng: “I peel shrimp and crack crabs for you when we eat. When you get hurt, I carry you home. When you’re sad, I hold you and comfort you. I’m willing to do anything you want me to do, but I can’t fall in love with you.”
Tian Ruochen: “Why?”
Jiang Feng: “Because we’re friends.”
Just when they finally become a couple, a crisis in Jiang Feng’s family tears them apart.
Six years later, Jiang Feng returns home and pursues Tian Ruochen again, only to discover that the big star Qi Feiang has become his “new lover.”
Under pressure from Jiang Feng’s father, Tian Ruochen has no choice but to distance himself, despite still being deeply in love with Jiang Feng.
Tian Ruochen: “I have a boyfriend now. Stop pestering me.”
Jiang Feng: “That’s fine. I’ll win him over first, then win over everyone else.”
Tian Ruochen: “How do you always know where I am and what I’m doing?”
Jiang Feng: “Give up. Everyone around you is on my side. And I installed surveillance cameras and listening devices, too.”
Tian Ruochen: “You win!”
