In the year 2050 AD, the earth is in an apocalyptic situation. A torrential rain of meteorites is raging, causing changes in the earth's crust, volcanoes erupting, dust covering the sun, temperatures plummeting, and an ice age approaching. Country M attempts to use the earth's remaining resources to build a space survival base for the powerful. Lin Yu, an ordinary man living in a country with limited resources per capita, did not bow to his fate. With perseverance, he led his team, with the support of the government, to collect waste items from the ruins and refine usable materials. With what he had learned and his strong organizational skills, he led the team to work day and night to build dozens of spaceships. The support of friends and family made him more determined. After countless failures, the spacecraft finally stood on the launch pad. The spacecraft carrying the hope of mankind breaks away from the gravity of the earth and heads for Mars. Along the way, everyone had mixed emotions but full of hope. After arriving on Mars, they raced against time to build a preliminary survival base. Lin Yu led everyone to overcome the harsh environment, dig water, build houses, and set up energy collection devices. With unremitting efforts, the base survival system has gradually stabilized. But they were not satisfied and used Mars resources to build a larger base and advanced spacecraft. Every piece of work is filled with concern for our fellow humans on earth. Finally, the new spacecraft was built, and Lin Yu looked at it with mixed emotions. They embarked on their return journey and returned to Earth. Together with their compatriots, they used the technology and resources accumulated on Mars to clean up radiation, repair the ecology, and rebuild the city. Step by step, the global village is coming back to life, a new order is established on the ruins, and mankind is ushering in the dawn of rebirth, opening a difficult but hopeful new era, and starting again towards the future.

It's okay. Although I'm not used to it, I can still watch it if I ignore some of it.
