A must-see for Qi training! Two volumes of "Songshan Taiwu Sheng Qi Jing", author unknown, included in "Zhengtong Taoist Canon". Describing the methods of subduing Qi and fetal breath, the first volume is divided into sixteen techniques including "Convincing Qi", "Enterprising", "Tao Qi", "Adjusting Qi", "Throbbing Qi", "Exerting Qi", "Refining Qi", "Resisting Qi" and "Keeping Qi". The second volume is divided into two techniques: "Xiu Cun" and "Shen Qi".
